I got this for my husband because he takes forever to do his hair in the morning and sometimes ends up running late for work. Since he started using the spray, he’s been able to get his hair sorted out much faster and with a lot less effort. He usually just throws the spray into his backpack because he doesn’t really need the pouch for work, but he does like the design and said he’d probably take the whole setup on his next business trip.

Taking one star off because it usually takes him closer to a minute to fully style his hair rather than the 30 seconds the brand suggests. It’s not a big issue though especially since his hair is on the longer side. I’d imagine shorter hair would probably be quicker.

I found SLATE while looking for a small pouch for business travel. The pouch feels solid and has enough space for the spray plus a couple of other toiletry items. To be honest this was a new concept for me but surprisingly it does the job well. The spray gives me just enough texture to reshape the flattened areas. On average it saves me 15 mins every morning from having to wet and dry my hair again.
